Deposit and Rental Conditions
Please make cheques payable to Mrs Iona Spencer
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail. In order to secure your rental, a non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week booked will be required, except in July and August when the deposit will be £150.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
We also have a £100 security charge which is refundable the week following your departure.
Change over day is Saturday, arrival after 3pm, departure by 11am. The gite is cleaned after each departure, but please leave it as found.

Testimonials
Staying in "La petite maison bleu" was one of the best experiences we have had in France. The house was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed and cosy, with excellent heating and en-suite shower rooms with endless hot water. Everything needful for our convenience was provided and we were made to feel very welcome and at home. A particular joy was the grocery and fruit "welcome pack". It was such a pleasure after the drive from the airport to be able to find everything necessary for a delicious snack and a cup of tea awaiting us in the kitchen. It was clear that a great deal of thought had been given to the needs of visitors; so much so that by the end of our stay we felt more like family guests than holidaymakers.
