The Gite (cottage)
Situated in the historic village of Puy L’Eveque with it’s narrow streets of lime-washed houses, the gite is within walking distance of all local attractions and close to many of the most famous Cahors vineyards in the area.
The spacious cottage has a luxury fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and microwave etc. Both double bedrooms are en-suite.
La Petite Maison Bleue has been renovated to a particularly high standard yet retaining the original beams and wooden floors. The south facing double fronted cottage is ideal for that perfect holiday.
Downstairs
Fully fitted kitchen including hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, lots of cupboard space and a full-length cupboard for storage, double windows.
Dining area with shaker style wall cupboards, traditional round table and 6 chairs.
Sitting room with two comfortable 3-seater settees, which can covert into double beds, coffee table, TV with a video player, and a selection of books or videos whilst relaxing. Large, double windows.
First Floor
Landing with chest of drawers leading to double bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Double bedroom with double bed and side tables,  wardrobe, original beams and double window, leading to en-suite shower room with shower, loo and hand basin.
Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 units for clothes, original beams and double window, leading to en-suite shower room with shower, loo and hand basin.
Accommodation sleeps 4/6 people including two bed-settees downstairs. Towels and bedding are all included in the price, as are all utilities, such as water, electricity, and gas.
Outside
Private parking next-door, with a terrace area, large table and 8 chairs for outdoor dining and private garden with sun loungers.
Shaded areas can be found under the numerous surrounding trees.
Smoking is not permitted in the gite, nor are animals.
